Google index my site very slowly after first initial burst

Here are the graphs of my crawling state from web master tools

Why is that like that, I got 370K pages, and only 120K indexed

Google doesn't always index all pages on your site, mate. However, have you tried submitting a Sitemap with the latest page count? Cheers

use free indexer tools like this:
http://freeindexer.com/
for all of your internal links, to get it indexed fast ^^

Also, I would recommend setting up a Google Webmasters account so you can see if maybe there were some crawling errors.

As mentioned before I highly suggest to use Webmaster Tools and the in-build "fetch as google-bot" for mobile and desktop. By this you can also check if some parts of your site are blocked to the bot + send it to the index.

My unique news articles get displayed within the serps within 2 - 5 minutes after submission.
