google in your domain name?

Hi guys,

I have found a niche and thinking of registering a domain name with the word "google" in it.

Would having google in my domain name give me negitive seo?

I heard of many people getting in trouble for something like that, most I've seen they just get a letter from a lawyer get slap and they take away the domain, so depending on what you are doing perhaps is better to do a little search and see who's gotten in trouble and what the end result was.
