How does one go about showing the Google+ link in the SERPs under the website URL? Have not figured that one out.

See below:

In this example, this website has a Google+ page linking to the URL : https://plus.google.com/114160329675918767446/posts?hl=en

I think you only have to create a Google+ profile page, and adding your website. It do not work for you ?

I'd like to know this too.
and how about the author-box with the picture of the author?

Well Google trying to push their useless products like Google+, because they to envy of Facebook and their profits. So Google board will do anything to get a piece of this market, that why you see mere and more Google+ results.

I got that link you mean, what I did:

- Create a google+ page with the name of my company and verify it
- Put the the url of the website in the info of the google+ page
- Upload a googe virtual tour of our company to the google+ page (This is not necessary but I guess it helped)

I didn't put any link on the website to the google+ page.

Try out connecting your website with your g+ page with 'rel=publisher'

It doesn't look like an organic SERP result.

It's just an ad.

If you want to include a link to your Google+ page (or any other social business page), you can use a special Ad extension for that. These extensions not only will help you connect +1s from your Google Plus page to your ad (and vice-versa) but also:

- Display a map with your business location(-s)
- Show product images, titles and prices from your Google Merchant Center account
- Link to additional pages within your site
- List a click-to-call phone number
- Connect +1s from your Google Plus page to your ad (and vice-versa)
- Include your business? seller ratings
- etc.

Hope I was helpful.

These do sow in organic search..

With my website if i Google "Company Name" my business ranks number 1 like a regular result..

However if i Google "Company Name Services" (like "Company Name Car Repairs") it shows my listing as number 1 with the Google+ page link & reviews under..

All of my citations & Google+ Page are "Company Name Services" at the moment, i have a social icon linking to my Google+ page on my website & website verified in Google plus.

I'm not sure how you go about getting those links under your URL for a search term like "Services"

I rank Number 1 for "Services" (with location on google search set to location) & "Services Location" "Services in Location" & neither of them three show the Google+ page or reviews under my URL :)
