Hi Experts,

I have a small HTML website with a wordpress blog. My website domain was redirected to www from non www version and also indexed with www except blog page and blog posts.

I just set 301 redirects on my Wordpress blog and all its post pages and trying to index these pages again but Google is now crawling them with www version. I tried to fetch in webmaster and also updated the sitemap. But its more than one week and nothing happen.

Do anyone having the same issue or if you guys know the solution please share.

Thanks

have you checked "site:YOURURL.COM"?

Yeah I did that and checked the indexed pages. Only blog and blog post pages are without www. The last post which I published after redirecting to www is only showing with www but old posts are same without www.

Use "Fetch as google" in Google Search Console. Index Your website urls instantly.

Suggestion: Use a http header online tool to "double verify" they are 301 and no other issues. I went through this a few years ago when I did some redirects and didn't specify "301" and they ended up being 302 redirects, which google considers as "soft redirects."

Other than that, like others have mentioned, it can take some time. I redirected some pages this summer on a site while cleaning up some keyword cannibalization issues on some deep inner pages and it took over a month for Google to get them all.
