Google Image Search Ranking help

I am doing work for a client at the moment for some ORM. I have experience with image SEO, and web search seo and I have done ORM jobs before for web results. My client needs an image result pushed down much like rep management. The problem is nothing I do with web SEO works and the images are very slow to get indexed or crawled. I have tried setting up Web 2.0 sites and bookmarking them for fast crawling and hopefully indexing. The web 2.0's get indexed, and the bookmarks do too, but never the images or very rarely. I'm pulling my hair out with this job. I have done a job like this before but it was much easier. Can anyone give me word of advice? I have even created a .net website full of images only and only one of them has been indexed so far....

I am also looking for some good info on this issue as well.

upload your images on imgur,edit the title and desc. stuffed with keywords,post on reddit + small blast of links

does anyone have a more recent experience with pulling an image down? i'm willing to pay if someone can do it!
