How will google identify my PC.....??

IP + User agent i guess.

depends on the proxy 'free' proxys can go transparent unexpectedly and leak your IP.
Some proxys identify themselves as a proxy as well which is a footprint.

Google can see screen resolution as well as other things to identify a pc (not 100% sure but this would need java enabled on your browser to work)
