I watched the entire video. Unfortunately it isn't BS.
It's very real my friends.

For example go to Google and type in:
Compare Olive Oil and Butter

You will get a comparison of the two items as your search result which basically dominates everything above the fold. Too bad for those who are trying to rank for "Compare Olive Oil and Butter" on their adsense site
