Google - How satisfied are you with these results?

I apologize if this has been posted already, i had a quick look and could not see it anywhere.
When checking my search results on google.com manually tonight i got a pop up box at the bottom right hand side of the page that said

How happy are you with these results it was a google pop up box
with a multiple choice to select from ,from satisfied to not happy at all
then a thank you for your feedback.
I then tried with another search term and it did not come back up again
Has anyone else noticed this?Is this a new thing?

Been seeing it a LOT recently, in addition to MANY other new split tests. Most often I see it for search terms that I look up on a regular basis.
