At first you should have a google +1 button integrated on your site.
This will allow people who use google + to share it on their profiles (+1 it).
After that creating a google + account and connecting with people would also be advisable.

You just google how to put google+ on your website its like a little widget, but your website under googles search engine will also have the google + feature anyways. I would suggest not buying fake google +'s because i heard the google +'s are useless if the profile is not real and active, also i heard the google detects the mouse movement for doing things now so those fake plus's have no mouse movements or whatever so they virtually do nothing but might gain trust in somebody seeing you have 24k plus's

I wanna add something with ExpressFans. You can also make page for your site. You can see that Facebook page is a hot trend so Hopefully Google+ would be better than Facebook

The mouse movements was mentioned in another thread recently and I looked into this further. It looks like the mouse movements are just used to help generate a secure random number due to weaknesses in Math.Random.
The plus ones seem to only be used to help personalise your own search results (what you've +1) and people you're connected to. So they aren't too useful. Doing a share (not just a +1) on Google Plus might be a useful social signal though.
