Hi All

Any idea what network got hit
i cannot post the link so please goto Matt Cutts twitter page

SAPE is SAFE from what I can read. Only smaller trackable networks got hit I'm sure :) You wont see it before a couple of days in SERPs if you used small networks..

crappy whored out networks got hit

one thing that we can all take from this though is that networks work or google wouldn't waste their time and make a big scene about deindexing networks every year.

the key is finding the right network, im glad i got in one about two years ago thats solid

Private networks are the bomb until google de-indexes them, but if they are truly private to a privy few then I don't think google really could de-index those...

anything can be a target even private networks
but service providers can do things to reduce the risk as much as possible.
most network service providers
1. dont care
2. are greedy
3. dont know what precautions to take

thats where they go wrong

Google is finding the network who had put lots of Footprint .. They will haunt you down. Now days we need Smart network..

Certain parts of sape were hit, but not near as much as most people think. Sape is still alive and very well.
