You've probably heard these before but I've put together a summary of the main points from article on helpful content.

I've started adding credentials and trust to my articles. to portray real life experience and actual trusted authority in the space. lots of vale here.

I haven't been hit by the update.

Expertise Questions:

- Content should inspire trust through clear sourcing, evidence of expertise, and information about the author or site.
- It should be written or reviewed by experts who know the topic well.
- It should not contain easily-verified factual errors.

Page Experience:

- Google rewards content that provides a good page experience, so site owners should focus on this aspect.
- Page experience includes factors like website speed, mobile-friendliness, and overall user-friendliness.

People-First Content:

- Content should be created primarily for people and should demonstrate first-hand expertise.
- It should serve a primary purpose and leave readers feeling satisfied with their experience.

Avoid Search Engine-First Content:

- Content should not be created primarily to attract search engine visits or manipulate search rankings.
- Content should not be mass-produced without care or expertise.

SEO:

- SEO can be helpful when applied to people-first content, but it should not be used to create search engine-first content.

E-A-T and Quality Rater Guidelines:

Who, How, and Why" About Your Content:
