Google hates me :(

Google is so making life more difficult

Yeah, I got rid of Google Chrome etc. some time ago already. Now I am Ex Communicado like John Wick and they can kill my accounts any time they want. So the number one priority now is not to leave any footprint.

Here are some steps I did:
- Bought pocket WIFI (from Huawei - fuck u google *wink*) and a new sim card to get a new IP address
- Reinstalled Windows on one of my very old laptops (didnt use it since 7 years)

So now I will use the pocket wifi with the windows PC to make a new Google Play and Google adsense/admob account. Of course I won't connect this Windows PC to my home wifi. IP address will be all different from my phone and Macbook. There shouldn't be any connection between this PC and the PC I used before.

The only problem I face now is a new physical address that I need in order to receive the letter from Google to confirm Adsense.

And yes guys, what can I say? I never expect something like this to happen. What makes me angry is they didn't even give me a real reason. I have no idea what I did wrong, if I did something wrong.

Hey buddy, can u please tell me...how can we contact google support in case of any adsense related issues. I dint see any such google ads support service till now apart from the not so helpful help forum pages for adsense.

My account was recently placed on limited ads a few days ago until they investigate. No idea why but I recently got paid by them while being limited so hopefully it’s all good but not making any money from Adsense right now as my ads barely show.

check your code line by line, check your assets one by one and check your niche, if it's legal, you will be safe with them, I'm pretty sure of that.

Maybe Google decided to start cleaning up their mess. Maybe your app had weird code in it which triggered red flags on their end and along with some other info on you (Google has eyes everywhere, that's why i try to stay as whitehat as possible myself), they decided it was easier to rid of you rather than give you the benefit of the doubt. Shoot first, ask question later - safest option - leaving you to come out and prove your innocence. Or smth like that...

Probably wrong logic, but without much info to go off of, it's a far fetched guess I guess.

I guess the only LEGIT way to get an adsense account now is to make it through the company name, right?

You don't know if Google has a data exchange agreement with your ISP.

Google answered my appeal:

"After reviewing your appeal, we have confirmed our initial decision and will not be able to reinstate your developer account.

Your Google Play Developer account has been terminated due to multiple policy violations.

Note that Google Play Developer account terminations are associated with developers, and may span multiple account registrations and related Google services. Do not attempt to register a new developer account. Any new accounts will be closed and your developer registration fee will not be refunded. We recommend that you use an alternative method for distributing your apps in the future.

Thank you for your understanding."

It is ridiculous this guy is writing "multiple policy violations" when I actually got two exact same emails within 3 hours.

I am actually thinking if I should take legal action. In Germany we are quite protected against bad practices like this. They basically give me a "lifetime ban" for an absolute ridiculous reason, I don't even care the matter that $4k are lost. The lifetime ban is what pisses me off. Because this means they have the right to BAN me whenever they want in the future, they will always a reason to ban me. This makes it extremely unsustainable.

I guess you really should consider this, and it said Google will lose when you bring on to the court level, anyway, this is really bitch move, I never expected Google can be like this "Evil".

That's why just like @Gogol said he ditches chrome so they can't spy on you, at least on browsing data.

For banning adsense account, they check everything before making payment. It happen to me 7 years ago, they banned me 3 days before payment.

If you want to make new account, use different name, IP, email, website, address, everything. Stop using their products, chrome, gmail, search console, g analytic. Complicated.

I prefer take another path, monetize my website with affiliate or your own products. Less hassle and more income.

I stopped using Google chrome like a week ago. But boy, this firefox is worse. I am dealing with it, but it is not good experience.

I replied to the guy who answered my appeal. Here is what he answered:

"Hi Developer,

Thanks again for contacting the Google Play team.

As much as I'd like to help, I’m not able to provide any more detail or a better answer to your question. In our previous email, I made sure to include all the information available to me.

If you have a different question about Google Play policies, please let me know"

This says a lot. They basically gave him just the necessary information to keep me banned. I am thinking if I should send him the screenshots of the emails I received before.

Here is the thing: Within three hours I received two emails with no reason telling me my app is against their policy (I posted the screenshot), then when I updated the app they totally suspended the app, but this time they were actually giving me a reason, saying the title of the app is not accurate. In their email, they even wrote I should reconsider the title and then re-upload the app. So what did I do? Changed the title and reuploaded the app. A few minutes later my whole account got suspended.

The very first thing you should do is answer the following questions 100% HONESTLY:

1) Are your websites even remotely related to shady / blackhat / grayhat / scamming niches?
2) Did you send any fake clicks to your own websites? (bots / exchanges / pop unders, etc...)
3) Are you managing your own account? Meaning the data they have on you (Name/Address/etc...), is it your personal data or someone else's?
4) Where does the majority of the traffic come from? (at least 60%+) - if it's Google Search (from SEO), it helps the case 10x more.

If you answered NO to the first 3 questions, contact a lawyer ASAP! You mentioned you are in Germany, so that's good, it means they take the law seriously (unlike 3rd world countries). Google Adsense is just a subsidiary of Google / Alphabet and an advertising company. If some other CPA network did this, you would sue them to oblivion, like many marketers have done before. Just because it's Google, people get scared.

Just make sure you haven't done anything wrong on your side, hence why I said to answer HONESTLY. Because if you have, you are going to waste both time and money on a lawyer and get nowhere. Otherwise, call up a lawyer that specializes in these cases and go from there.
And let us know how it goes - this kind of behavior is completely unacceptable.

Thankfully my ads returned to normal a couple days ago and the earnings are back to how they were prior to this. I did not receive any email or anything by the notice that I was ad limited is still present in the Policy Center inside adsense.
