Why don`t you start link building to get those crawled? Also you can submit those to some indexing service.

    Cheers

For faster indexing, use website sitemap, high autority sites backlinks, pinging services, for example google webmaster index google[dot]com/webmasters/tools/submit-url

All you need do is wait. Google will find and index the new urls with no difficulty especially if you redirect the old urls to the new ones. Redirecting will preserve any link juice the old urls have and expedite the indexing of the new ones.

Goto google webmaster to fetch the new url, then build high quality authority links. It will be help to index in google. Make sure your new url format is google friendly, its may be trouble to indexing. Also check your new url indexed in bing search engine. suppose indexed in bing, you may be miss something in google terms.

God, he says he changed the links for his posts, so the best to do it's 301 Redirection the old Url to the new one you have change.
this will make sure to index the new url and avoid your post from content duplicate
and for wordpress 301 redirection plugin
    Code:
    https://wordpress.org/plugins/search.php?page=2&q=301+Redirection
