Exact. This is from very long time and have tons of signal. In the past I report host that get my money and suspend my account without real reason and refund (they say, that I overload their unlimited host, but all there was 4 WP blogs). No response and no action.

Google support don't even answer questions about adsense and adwords - they have tons of work, that waiting to be done and I simply don't believe that this form will have any effect.

So now they are just doing openly what they did in a sly manner with the disavow tool... which was made to look like you were trying to help your own site get back up the ranks... but actually you were helping them crowdsource bad inner pages and domains. I guess they were made to look stupid as many people could read between the lines with the disavow tool (which was clever nonetheless)...

I wonder how long this will last, you know they are getting spammed to death through that form, how could they even handle all the reports? I think it is just to scare people. they would have to have some special system to handle it all.
