It's a little odd that "international" and "shipping" are bold in the search results indicating they were query terms but somehow missing from the query input. Might account for why the address bar at the top was cut out. Nice try though.

Those results are not there for me? Are you sure you havn't got a virus that is displaying fake google results or something?
 
I think this is a virus at your PC that displays these results or this is personalized search results (you might +1s or visited these websites, etc.)
 
Did you make sure to search without your past surfing affecting the SERPs? ;-)
 
are you still getting these results? you could have been in some sort of test group to see how their new algo is working out...

otherwise, welcome to the new SEO over-optimization penalty!
 
That is just stupid. Now getting sites to rank like that is way beyond
spamming and Google has not kicked those pages but kicks blog networks
and good sites of ours only to be replaced by shit like that.

the actual search term the OP used is "online stores that accept paypal international shipping", you can see it in the ad box. i get the same results as the OP (I'm searching google.co.uk). still shouldn't have viagra sites ranking for that term.
