Google has removed the manual penalty from my website.But in the webmaster still showing I need to submit a review request.don't know what to do now?Please suggest

The safest thing to do is ask again for reconsideration and have the webspam team take another look at your website's manual action. This is to be sure, because it can be that the penalty hasn't been truly lifted.
