Yes, it tracks it but it can't differ it from all other links. Or does it and how?

The site is and can target many keywords, but in order to rank for a particular keyword, you must dedicate a single page with its own keyword, otherwise it will either rank according to whatever keyword is in the title plus whatever there is on the page. If your page is all diluted with other keywords, google will have difficulty narrowing down to your desired keyword, and you are going to rank really low. You're not going to rank for all keywords just by virtue of them all being on the same page, in fact your chances of ranking at all for any of them are less because of all the keywords (see 'keyword density')

How about mod_rewrite?

Rewrite all your links to look like just a link and "robots nofollow" them
Boom! Problem solved

Each single page has about 20 products and 20 affiliate links. Each review text is unique and straight to the point. If you are wondering why I did not assign a page per product is because there is not much to tell about each product and I think is easier for visitors surfing this way.

Thin affiliate has nothing to do with duplicate content. If your site has not enough value and contains too many affiliate links, you may lose your rankings. Try to add more content without affiliate links and add more value to your site.

Is your bounce rate very high? If yes, you should try reduce it as well.
