Google Groups: How Did They Do This?

I've been fiddling with Google Groups for over two hours and can't figure out how they made this page -- complete with clickable links:

Oh, could they have used a "Google Groups auto poster?" If so, does anyone know of one?

yep, it sure is! And I want my non-pharmacy group (different industry) to rank well too! Any suggestions?
