Google Fully Turns Off Feed To Toolbar PageRank

Yesterday i scraped some web 2.0 blogs with Scrapebox, when check PR for URL's has return Zeros ,I re scrape again & check PR has return Zeros,
check Some URL's manually by some toolbar such Open SEO State, NO PR all PR is Zeros , why the PR results were all Zeros.
I search & found this "Google Fully Turns Off Feed To Toolbar PageRank", all the toolbars thats worked in IE or FF or GC or any based tools that scraped data, they have been officially closed down, I'm Shocked.

Doesnt come as a surprise to me long live PA, DA......

So it means that PA DA no longer matters and it is just Content is King?

It was announced two weeks ago that G was turning of page rank for everyone but G who will still use it as a ranking factor. The reason given is that page rank is the obvious and seriously abused of the G signals.

The only thing that I foresee is in not knowing which pages rank highest in Google, more pages will be increased in rank from the spam. It is self defeating for G turn off page rank.

I do not use page rank anyhow. I figure the serps rank tell me more about how G ranks the sites than an artificial metric of page rank.

With my SEO experience till now content length with minimum 2000 words, social engagement, click through rates are only important. Most of the other methods won't yield any results.

So anyone know what the best method to building the link today? Im still using web2.0 with high PA n DA as my standard to building my moneysite.
