hi i own a domain name google-forum.com can any one tell me how much it worths and also i am looking for a buyer

I think it's worth a nasty trademark lawsuit from Google if it ever gets popular enough to be worth more than the price of registration.

exactly, your going to get a foot in the ass if you try to do anything with it.

I can't think of a google forum succeeding.

I have to partially disagree, a simple search on Google itself reveals that a lot of established websites containing Google in their name are flourishing well and even earning money, Google Adsense too as far as my eyes see. I think as long as you make it clear that it unofficial, Google will not bite. However Google won't have anyone bearing a domain with just Google in it, it looks like they took google.vc because I remember that being an undeveloped unofficial site containing links to the official Google. Either they purchased it or redeemed it by trademark. I actually think your domain is worth something because of the SEO value which is Google. It is quite worthless now, but it may be worth trying to run a blog or forum.

Hardly worth more than $5 if the site is brand new, don't see how google-forum can be branded. And I don't think anyone will pay for something that might get them into trouble.

Yeh, it's a nice idea. But, I certainly think your asking for a lawsuit. While domain names cannot technically be trademarked a team of lawyers and a multi-billion dollar company behind them can certainly stomp any hopes of winning out you have.

At a minimum I would have a disclaimer page stating you have absolutely no relationship to goggle.

Give it to me and avoid google's lawsuit. you can't resist.
I will resist google in the International*Court*of*Justice. :D

i am also on dp but everyone is scared of big G

trademark issue with this. your best bet is to forget about it and let it expire. why did you buy it in the first place lol

donate it to your enemy....and send an e-mail to google about the trademark issue:D

there is a potential trademark problem, but why not give it a try and develop a small community site around that domain and then sell it as a site on SitePoint.

Sounds like it would be work a good chunk of change to the right person

You can sell in BHW marketplace if anyone interested good luck dude
