My site has been running along and doing awesome for 6 months and we bought some backlinks from a PBN who suddenly fell off the face of the planet which triggered a manual google penalty. We removed all of the links and after many attempts (5) we finally got google to approve our appeal. The very next day, google hit our site with a "spam problem". I am looking for some assistance on resolving this, because I don't feel as though we are a spam site (although I'm sure everyone says this ). Google's message: Google has detected thin content on your site that provides little or no added value. This critical issue results in irrelevant or low-value search results for Google Search users and can negatively impact your site's ranking. Therefore, Google has applied a manual spam action to website_here. In order to remove the manual action on your site, you must significantly change the content to conform to our guidelines and submit a reconsideration request. After we determine that you have complied with our guidelines, we will remove this manual action. I ran the site through siteliner.com to see if google was counting our content as duplicate content and got these results: 17 Pages scanned Duplicate Content: 4% Common Content: 3% Unique Content: 93% Average Page size: 24Kb Average Page Load Time: 945ms Number of words per page: 993 Text to HTML Ratio: 18% Internal Links per page: 12 External Links per page: 4 Total Links Per Page: 16 Inbound links per page: 12 I thought it may be my word count per page which is why I ran this report. Any other help would be appreciated in figuring out what to do next. My site is a "review" site but it has 5 reviews and the rest is information like how to use, what to look for, etc..
