If i search my domain name in google, all first 10 results are youtube videos.
Is it hard to get my site in top ?

nope, videos are easy to outrank. Just do proper onsite seo and good backlinkbuilding and you will be on top of them

Make your own video and publish it on youtube and pointed to your money site by dropping links on the video description field. Do some backlinks for videos and steal your competitiors position.

As other guys said, videos are to easy to outrank, so if you do some good SEO to your website you will be on top very soon...
