Has anybody used Google fiber for SEO? Google just finished the lines running through my yard and had to repair the grass and the sewer line they broke. Now Google is seeking users. $50/mo. for 100 Mbs, and $70 for 1 gig, and 140 for 1 gig plus a tv package.

Has anybody used Google fiber for SEO, and if so, how was your experience.

I would say that whether I would need fiber for SEO tools is a question of what I do and how I do it. Would you not also say the same, or do you like the taste of your foot?

I either case, since I currently exceed the capacity of my ISP, and my ISP has been singing a song for the last year about improving the service in my area, and since G fiber is in the sidewalk right outside my front door, that it might be a good time to look into it. Do you have something relevant to the question?

If you have the ability to get Google Fiber... get Google Fiber.

Ok OP was just trying to say you could just get a $20 Comcast unlimited plan and save your money... But you wanna spend $50 for fiber then so be it

Just go for fiber. Here where I live, I can barely get 20mbs paying over 50$, even if I could pay thousands I wouldn't be able to receive any better.

I'm here watching videos in 360p on youtube while other guys are downloading the internet.

Best Regards,
Jaymien.

Perhaps you might tell me where this $20 unlimited Comcast service is? What the Comcast site lists is a 25 Mbs line for $40/mo + a $300 deposit. Why the Google deposit is only $10 and the $100 installation fee is waived while Comcast wants another $250 for installation.

lol I think OP is asking whether google can track with their service or something,I'm actually quite paranoid of that and have all google apps like chrome completely wiped out from my working PC

More concerned with whether G can track SEO activities, or if they do. As far as snooping, all ISPs do, and the US has a nasty little law that requires all data centers and ISPs to have a back door connection for government snooping.

G uses ssl (https) for all connections, but ssl has been broken for many years. I do not use Googles DNS because they do track that, I use OpenDNS and would continue to do so. However, it would be G's pipe that would take you to OpenDNS and you have seen my opinion on ssl.

Sure they most likely track everything, but is high highly unlikely they use any of that data to punish sites. This is google, but still imagine how much server power it would need to do that for all users. If so you could us e VPN etc. but that may just take away from the benefit of fiber.

I know if they would offer it here I'd get it over shitty Comcast or Time Warner, both mostly monopolies in their markets anyways , same as Google but their prices are the fucking joke compared to even third world countries.
