Google has been sued several times so far in the last many years, especially for violating data privacy in a ways which are ironically Google itself violating it's own data privacy T&Cs also !!!
Just Google "google sued" and to your computer screen you'll surely get glued, but I guess Google has already earned enough that it does not mind getting screwed.

i'm curious, with this policies change doesn't that means there is algo change too in google ads system
if there is some changes in google ads algo will need to explore and learning again lol

Those intelligent people are till today not able to stop scammers from advertising in Google search. Those intelligent people are till today not able to stop spammers from spamming Google search. Those intelligent people are till today not able to stop scammers from publishing Elon Musk 2X, 10X your crypto scams in YouTube.
Having knowledge does not make a person intelligent nowadays : It may have been so upto the 70's/80's. Nowadays, it is the application of knowledge that matters.
Google and other big tech companies are firing a lot of their "intelligent people", in order to make intelligently cut costs.
Anyways, no debates about it, as 2023 itself will unfold a lot about what we know about all these so called big tech companies, in the meantime, let us do our bit of internet marketing for our individual selves, while trying to cut our costs too !!!.
yeah agreed. they are not as intelligent as they make it out to be, if they were they would've been made default thresholds $5 a long time ago instead of making their ad alogorithms overly difficult for the average user, abusers will always find a way because google has such a monopoly (the very thing they're being sued for) is what makes their system so glitchy and so so many loop holes.. with their 50 gazilion services .. i'm definitely not complaining though lul

They (Google) knows that the nasty scammers who advertise in Google search (Google Ads), do not bother about what thresholds they get, because the profit margins of these nasty scammers is so high that they actually make payments and run their ads and these nasty scammers https://www.collinsdictionary.com/dictionary/english/do-not-give-a-hoot about thresholds.
And let's move into the future, a bit atleast : These nasty scammers are known to be quite visionary, they are I guess already prepared if incase Google / Facebook totally stop all their advertising features. As we all know, these nasty scammers always https://dictionary.cambridge.org/dictionary/english/up-game, on an ongoing basis, based on what is happening in reality. I agree, this is quite unfortunate, but the reality is that it is what it is.
