So i can see some ads running on google using sites.google.com domain but their ads on search results show their ads url as - google.com, drive.google.com, docs.google.com. But when clicked sites.google.com website opens. I wanna know how they are doing it. If you know please spread some knowledge.

Private tracker did it

Some people use private trackers to directly spoof Google's domain names. However, most sites.google.com ads you see are iframe or direct image ads.

I agree with what is being said above. It's spoofing with specific trackers. Those ads can last weeks. Some people that do this are running TS campaigns but it's illegal, tho.

one thing i can assure you guys is that it is not a Tracker or spoofing or cloaking, its just a landing page. experience on google ads is real trick in itself.

Hello, it's possible by option in google - Final URL.
But there are also some tricks here.

My guess is they're using Google Sites as the final landing page, while Google Ads displays a different Google-owned domain in the visible URL path. Google products are closely connected, so sometimes the displayed URL and landing page domain can look different. I'd be interested to hear from someone who's tested this recently.
