I started a blog under a side identity of just my random writing pieces. I am going to also try and spread this blog using only google plus, because since I am posting on blogger it will automatically share with my circles. How do I build circles without actually knowing anyone? Any suggestions accepted

Here is an example of writing on my blog, it's mostly just thoughts I am having or writing about topics I want people to be aware of-
Opportunity?
Opportunity, the word has ever changing meaning from generation to generation but I don't think our generation (current high school students and college students) really have a unified idea of what opportunity is for our generation. With our parents generation, college was an OPPORTUNITY and that is the mindset our parents have and will continue to have. Is college the same opportunity today as it was 30 years ago? No. Our parents instill the idea in us from a elementary school age that we must perform well and follow the school system so we can go to college and get a well paying job. By the time your senior year of high school rolls around, you are applying for schools and taking out loans to pay for these schools and generally you still have no idea what you want to do! After two years, your thousands in debt, you have more debt than money you have ever touched in your life. No problem though, right? After 4 years you'll have your degree and a great job doing something you love. Here is another scary fact presented by USA Today, nearly HALF of workers are OVER QUALIFIED for their job. Some have 4 year degrees working at fast food, telemarketing companies etc. With those kind of jobs how are you suppose to pay off you $200,000 dollars of debt you acquired getting that degree? In retrospect, you could have had $200,000 loaned to you and started your own business, if you succeeded you'd make more money than you would with a degree, if you fail you're in the same boat was working as an over qualified person with a degree.
I'm not saying college isn't a great opportunity, I'm enrolled right now because my college is fully paid for. But if it wasn't, I can't fully say I would be going, opportunity is limited to the circumstances and environment. Regardless, there are other ways to get this cash. College is a great place for connections and that is what I'm starting to use it for, life is no longer about the degree (unless it's from Yale or similar school) but more about connections and who you know. Opportunity is NOT going thousands in debt to get a paper degree and an imaginary security blanket. Opportunity is setting yourself up to succeed and be able to advance your character and your mind. It's hard to step into that void of the non college security blanket because we are so engulfed in it, and even though I write this I don't even know if I could actually do it but I am open to thinking about taking that risk so I'm sure there is a percent chance I would.
