I'm trying to figure out a better method to filter manual reviews for my ads by google (Bh niche). I was contemplating to only let mobile users through to my money page, but that would destroy my conversion rate.

Now I'm thinking to filter out Google Chrome users. I guess google employees will definitely use Google chrome as their browser? What do you guys think, wise or not so much?

They may be a step ahead and will mimic real users. Reviewers also use incognito mode and other non-Chrome browsers. Also if Google detects browser filtering it could trigger deeper reviews.
You can try Placing hiddenn elements or unique interactions that mainly bots and reviewers trigger but real users don’t.

They use their internal system which is easily recognised, just get any tracker and check logs and you will figure it out in no time (yes they use chrome but it's not only that)

Filtering out Google Chrome users to avoid manual reviews might reduce the chances of getting flagged, but it’s a risky move.
