i got below email

As a result, Google has applied a manual spam action to *****n.co.uk/. There may be other actions on your site or parts of your site.

now i am newish and should have got links going to my tier 1s and most went direct to site

now my site is actual local business site, is there a way of fixing this issue

i had about 6k backlinks but now its gone upto 14 in about two weeks, need it fixing

happy to pay someone to fix it, its wifes business and need it up and running again

If you built the links or paid a service to do it, your first step would be to contact the administrators on the domains linking to you and asking them to take the links down. Keep any record of attempting to do that (i.e. emails back and forth). If that doesn't work, you can submit a link disavow request as a sort of last resort thing. Note that the best option is to get the links removed.
