Google - Duplicate Site for Local Listing

I have two sites on local listing, both have same address and phone numbers. My better ranking site is now hidden do to Google Privacy tag etc. I would delete lower ranking site but my YouTube account is linked to it and I dont want to lose hits. How can I get my higher ranking site to be viewable again on local listings. I have access to another address and have another Google account to use. Will this work or is there another method to clean up this mess

Yes, both are real. I have a number of phones in my name and own properties so have access to mail for Google
