Is any body have any idea how to do promotion of products or website in Google+ as we did in facebook fan page ...pls share some ideas ?

Hi Jim

You can add that Google +1 button to your website or Blog by using the script provided by Google. As I am new here, I could not post that script here but you can get it by searching the term 'How to Add Google +1 Button to Your Site'

Just go to google webmaster tool and on the left side you will see google +1 button clikc on it and get the code..

I am not asking for Google+1 i ask for google+ social media how to do promotion in Google+
