Google Dorks refer to pages such as password files or login pages that are unprotected and have been indexed by Google.
Search for Google Hacking database if you want more info.

What I should have said was that Google Dorks are search queries using Advanced Operators that reveal security loopholes like password files, login pages, usernames etc
