Google doesnt recognize my video!!

Hi, i ranked some dailymotion videos at google, but strangly google shows only the link without a picture (video symbol). At first i thought this is cause its dailymotion and not youtube but other dailymotion videos from other users have this picture and video symbol at google.

Does anybody know how i can change this?

I had this same problem once and I just let it fix on its own.
