Hi, last year my WordPress site was hacked and had thousands of pages indexed backlinking to Russian sites.
I recovered the backup, installed security plugins, did a cleanup and asked Google to remove those indexed links.
So far so good, the original posts were still indexed.
But a few months ago I noticed that when searching site:blog.mysite.com only the link to the blog's home page is returned, no other post is indexed.
I've tried several times to request indexing through the GSC and it always returns "crawled but not indexed".
I submitted the XML days ago and no posts have yet been indexed.
The official website (other than the blog subdomain) is still ranking well on Google normally, I just have the problem on this blog subdomain.
Does anyone have an idea how to resolve this?
The posts are created by copywriters and of good quality, without spam.
I already checked the robots.txt and everything and everything is ok.

After you have had recovered the backup, you just need to wait for indexing. Just relax and wait.

Use the Fetch as Google tool to see how Googlebot sees your site. Fix any errors or warnings to improve your chances of getting your blog posts indexed.

Did you get a manual penalty?
How do I check this?
If it is in "Manual actions" in the GSC, there is nothing there, when access appears "No problem was detected"

So, you did not get any manual penalty. Wait for a few more weeks. Things now take even more time than before.

Hi, friend. Do you use WordPress plugins with Google index API?

Me personally, I wouldn’t have waited 6 months for posts to index. You could’ve started a new site 6 months ago as a backup after it was hacked.

Is it good to create a separate property in search console for subdomain?
