google + ..does it help?

has anyone actually tested and found out if it's useful yet?

I know when it first came out everyone was scrambling to start +'ing all their sites.. but it's been a while now and i'm curious what people have found out.

I assumed for it to really work it has to be an aged google account that is linked up with numerous google services, so they can tell you're an actual person and not just a slew of google accounts created to start + whoring all your sites.

what's the findings so far?

Its like if you+1 a site its seen higher in ranking to the people in your circle.

There are so many threads on this subject already.

I already tried searching and couldn't find anything.. because google plus or google + brought up things about the social network or services.. I couldn't find any actually talking about how and if it works.

so if you could find one and link me to the thread it would be appreciated.
