Google Doc View?

I just uploaded my first video on my cash cow channel and the first view it got was from a google doc... and the audience retention was only 1 second. It has been 5 hours since the upload and not another view or impression, should i reupload or what is this?

Let it be, intial videos will not get much views. Improve video content quality and more people will watch the video.
