Google DMCA penalty...

I started a website (I don't want to mention the niche) two years ago, and the site has a weekly show . I was receiving lot of traffic, around 120k page views per day. but then competitor site sent me a fake DMCA notice (12 URLs) and Google penalized my site and Deindexed my whole site. now I am redirecting users with JavaScript redirect to subdomain (WW1.somesite.com), Google is still not giving my site any rank.


I submitted a fake DMCA notice against the site that filed a DMCA claim against my site. and Google removed that particular post from the SERP. Google is still not penalizing that site. (Google still give rank for weekly show)

Most large and top ranking PDF sharing sites are systematically violating DMCA

Yet it's ok tho?

One of the most popular PDF sharing sites actually requires login and other verifications befor you can download piracy LOL

Google doesn't ban those for some reason.
