Again my websites work on Search/YT but not on Display network..

I have tried many white page services, as well as my own created websites, ripped and rewritten etc. I am not implementing cloaker at all FYI. This is for whitehat.

Different setups, completely white ads, different registrar, .com/org/.net, separate servers for each site, aged domains. I am very puzzled on this display network issue.
