Google display my tags - not my URL

Hi. Everyone

I'm trying to rank some keywords.

When I tried to check ranking of keywords as: Product Review.
My site is on the 1st page of Google but the Google didn't display my URL.

Google displayed (sample): http://mywebsite.com/tags/Product-bonus

Are there any way for Google to display http://mywebsite.com/product-review ?

use yoast plugin and set the tags and category pages to no-index & do-follow.

or add content to your tags & category pages to take advantage of their ranking.

There are no specific page for each tag. I only create a page and add more tags into that page. I also don't see any option on Yoast SEO as you said.

Im on my phone now and cant check but im sure its under title/metas then taxonomies or something similar

Simply no-index the tags and make backlinks for your review page. It will take some time to rank your URL but it will rank.

Check the meta tags they are proper.
As above said you try no follow in specific page you don't want to display on Google.

I found that on Yoast SEO setting that I can setup no index for all Tags & Categories.
Then I used Google Console to remove all tags pages.

My page URLs ranked again in same position in 2 days.

Almost every SEO plugin for Wordpress has the option to no-index tags and categories. Yoast certainly does. It's free, takes 10 seconds to download and install and another 10 seconds to press the button to ensure categories and tags are not indexed in your XML sitemap.
