Google Display Ads Linking Query

I am an affiliate. lets suppose the vendor is Apple. And the affiliate link it provides to me is {hypothetical} : www . apple. com/product-name/?orid=12345&opid=12

Now will this be accepted in a Google Display ads campaign. where i wish to use the above link with a static banner?

No, because your URL won't be that. In order to get the click id, you have to use a tracking link (a redirect link) that creates it.
Some networks could work without it, but then you have fewer ways to verify the networks' numbers.
Most affiliates create a prelander and add the link to their page.

But to be honest, I've seen some weird things that got approved before. Just make sure that the user is ending up in your link's domain.
