Google Discovery Ads for CPA Marketing ?

I'm currently running Google Ads Search Compaign in the game hack niche ( Click -> Landing page -> Another page -> Content locker )
So far I'm getting average results and not quite satisfied.
I was wondering if I can use Google Discovery Ads (Ads that appear in the Youtube feed + Gmail Ads + Discovery and consists mainly of images) ?
Will google allow it ? did anyone try it before ?

Well, the only answer to that would be to try yourself. But if you have a good setup it should allow it as it is allowing your first ad.
