Discover is a crazy "bot", it pull my content and boost them with thousand of visitors, and the week next it doesn't do nothing.

How do you notice that you made it into discover ? Is there a specific referer or is it just the traffic increase ?

It will show up in google webmaster the "Discover" section

by schema you mean star ratings right? Is star ratings and amp enough?
