google Discover - urls from google

Good evening, I noticed that some Web Stories that appear on Discover have a url that is not from the website, but from google, the url is https://channel.google.com/

When I used the advanced operator site:channel.google.com I noticed several urls coming out of the same location.

How ugly is the webstory to have this url? is it something that is on the google platform?
