On April 13. I removed 30 comments backlink on Google disavow tools, only half day after the submitting, my first KWS dropped to 170 from 50, KWS 2 dropped out of 300 from 30
. Then I canceled the request, but the rank still didn't come back.

It worked great for me when someone was spamming my site with porno backlinks.

Chances are you would have dropped regardless of the submission.
 
I agree with reoman your ranking drop might be coincidental, but my experience is a bit different. In my experience Google Disavow does NOTHING. Absolutely nothing. I am still ranking for keywords that I never posted links to, they are the products of a negative SEO attacks. I disavowed them my rankings didn't move at all.
 
Mostly it is unrelated. But,if indeed they are related,then that means the tool is helpful (does not suck).
 
Did you received any bad link warning from Webmaster? It seems your site got penalty. When you use GWT to disavow the links be aware or it may harm your site.
 
Never use the tool unless you have had a penalty warning from Google.
I mean NEVER.

And even then think twice.
 
The disavow tool was never intended to do anything, it was designed as a honeypot system to help automate algorithm updates and manual penalties.

Using it is just telling Google that your links are unnatural and helping them trigger future penalties.
