Hello!
Im almost done signed up for google developer play account. My main issue here is i have Iphone, i dont use android. I see that i need ACTUALL android phone to verify?.....
Can emulators work?
Any other tips? or am i forced to check facebook marketplace to get further here....

A cheap Android phone is probably the best option. Emulators may work sometimes but real devices are safer for verification You can find an affordable second hand phone and use it later for testing too

Emulator will work but would be short-term and quite costly in terms of providing you a more viable solution. Use an old android phone or buy 2nd ones.

second hand phone is perfect and instead of emulators which sometimes cause issues you can also try geelark phones works pretty good

Honestly, getting a cheap used Android phone locally is usually the smoother long-term option if you plan to work with Play Console seriously.

I see there is free plan, could that just work to verify - then later i can get a phone?

yeah in your case can test with free plan and later you can add acc in your phone
