Mine never get deleted... I have around 5 amazon sites in blogspot (which has 2-3 pages per blog).
Maybe because I am using old account.

Blogger is the most safe and free to start with I strongly recommend blogger because it allows adsense and affiliate links.

Google now got spam filter some of my blogs got deleted automatically by the spam filter!!!

The rule with Blogger is always:
Blog First. Sell Later.

Start a blog. An actual blog. Write articles that people would read for a couple weeks.
THEN slip in some affiliate links, and not every post or you will eventually get crushed.
There isn't a work around for this.
