I'm looking for any tool (stand-alone or web-based) for checking many domains to see which are deindexed from google.

Here's what I'd do.

Find auto approve blogs and websites that are spammed to death. Extract outbound URLs. Run those that are spamming the most through a link checker like ahrefs. Find more auto approve, extract outbound, rinse and repeat.

Run URLs of outbound/external URLs through Scrapebox index checker (with good proxies and a ton of them)

Done.

scrapebox has a index checker, which tells you that the domain/link is indexed or not.
