Hello.
I got a client website to make the seo, the domain have 10+ years and PR3.
I've translated the wikipedia page of the niche, configurated the keyword density to 3$-5% and started make links with senuke and 2nd tier links with scrapebox.
In 1 week the site just got 1st position for 4-5 keywords but at the 2nd week the site lost the PR3 to PR n/a and also lost positions.
I know about google dancing but when dancing the site also lost the PR?
And the page I've created the optimized with translated text get deindexed when all other pages are indexed.
How long to know if its a penalty or just dancing?
Thanks very much.

you make wikipedia page with link going to your client website or you took the content from wikipedia and made another property?

I took the content from wikipedia, translated it to my language and put it at the home.
After the deindex I removed the translated content but no changes in SERPS.
The client is paying and now the site get 1 uv/day i thinking in set up adwords for that client.

First off don't worry so much about page rank...

A) Page Rank has been fluctuating for a lot of people recently
B) It hasn't mattered that much as a ranking factor in years.
C) Your site is probably dancing. Depending on how hard you hit the site will effect how long it dances for.

Thanks.
When you say how hard I hit you mean in backlinks?
If yes I think you're right, the 10+ years old domain never had any seo work.
