I have recently pumped my moneysite with a web2.0 backlink but now it's in google dance for 8days, what should i do to stop the google dance (it used to last only 2-3 days) d

don't stop building links, build aleast 5-10 links, plus shoot some social shares. Add some content on the website that will make the links more natural. When ever i am running a heavy link building campaign i through in a Press release submission (i know most of them are no follow) but good to equal the ratio and diversity.

about social shares ? how can i build them ? do you mean that i need to make a facebook acount and post the link on a facebook profile than put the links in like addmefast to get likes and shares ?

I really wouldn't worry about this, just keep on working on the site. The stronger your back link profile becomes, and the higher you rank in the SERPs, the less this sort of thing will happen.
