Google Dance

Is google Dance helpful for seo. my site is dancing on google from past 2 weeks for very high competition keyword.

You cant say whether Google Dance is helpful or not. A google dance means that either you are going to improve your rankings or either you will loose your rankings. You can't predict unless the keywords are positioned after the dance

It's only helpful if you end up higher.

Helpful? I don't know. All I know is a rain dance helps bring rain for my crops...and I'm not even a farmer.

It has nothing to do with helpfulness. It's just a random event that happens sometimes. It doesn't mean anything specific, good or bad.

Yes, Google Dance is very good for your site, it's a win-win situation because this shows google that your site is alive, healthy, happy and motivated to get to the first position and stay there with great confidence. Sites who are sitting on page 2 and 3 are like the lonely loser guys, afraid to dance, hanging alone at the bar, waiting for a girl to buy her a Private Bot Netscape (PBN) post

If site gets deindexed and indexed again on first position then we call this in the SEO community "Google Breakdance", because it's like spinning in the ground.... if you experience this, dissawooow all your backlinks and export your GSA campaign & send it to "Google Email CanAct Web Spam" Team via FAX (not mail!)
