Hi BHW members,

Im running a blog with very low competitive keyword and it was going too good. My all pages are correctly getting indexed but my one keyword (main keyword) serp dropped suddenly. I repeat I don't have any chance to get penalty. Is it normal or i should do something else?

Google recently did an update so check in webmaster tools what the issue might be.

It might take a few days for webmaster tools to sync with the update. Maybe check it mid week.

Google dance and algo fluctuations happen all the time.. it's just part of SEO. If you're rankings are gone longer than 2-3 weeks, you have issues that need looking into; other than that, don't sweat it. Rankings are dynamic and google is constantly tinkering with shit. Even if you don't build links or edit content, other properties ranking for the same keywords might be, so you will still see shifts regardless of your activity. It's just data being processed, and algos calculating what goes where.

My rankings are always jumping around. Keep checking it'll probably jump back up after a few days

how long has the site been live? How many pages? These days, your rankings are going to jump around for a few months. Just keep posting and your rankings will sort out.
